What is the return policy?

The Tennessee Sports Fan wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided the merchandise is returned to us in a new, unworn and unwashed condition with all original tags.

The following items are not eligible for return and the sale is final:

  • Car Flags
  • Socks
  • Women’s intimate apparel
  • Items that have been damaged due to negligence or abuse
 
How do I return product?

All returns and exchanges must be sent back to us with a copy of the sales receipt and an explanation of why you are returning the item to us. We will also need instructions on what you would like us to do (i.e. Exchange for different size, refund back to your account, etc.)

You will be responsible for the shipping charges involved with sending the merchandise back to us unless we make a mistake in your shipment. In that case we will credit back to you any shipping charges accrued out-of-your pocket. If you are exchanging the item, we will gladly ship the exchange back to you via UPS Ground at no charge.

Please pack all returns in original packing if possible and ship back to us via UPS or Federal Express to:
